WD Land in the Community

WD Land strives to maintain a culture of corporate and personal responsibility. To achieve this goal, we created initiatives to help make a meaningful difference both locally and globally.

Charity Initiative

We know that a community is made up of more than houses and recognize we're privileged to work in so many dynamic communities.

To demonstrate leadership and encourage others to participate, WD Land created a charitable donation program to invest in organizations that allow our communities to thrive.

At the close of each transaction, WD Land, together with our client, contributes one percent of our total compensation to select not-for-profit organizations. Over the last 15 years, we have made significant donations to over 100 charities and we will continue to share our success with those who deserve our support.

Green Initiative

WD Land operates in an environmentally responsible way. From limited use of printed transaction documents and internal recycling programs to encouraging our clients to consider sustainable development and building methods, we are proud to be an industry leader in environmental practices.
