Terramor, formerly known as Toscana, is a fully entitled, gated, master-planned community, which is currently under development. Upon completion, Terramor wil have a total of 1,443 homes. The community will be developed in three phases, each of which are expected to offer both age-qualified (AQ-55 years of age or better) and traditional market rate homes (MR). At buildout, Terramor is targeting a mix of approximately 841 AQ homes and 602 MR homes. The first phase at Terramor includes seven neighborhoods: five AQ neighborhoods with 428 lots and two MR neighborhoods with 170 traditional lots. The two MR planning areas (PA1A & 1B) will be offered at a later date.
