The 141-unit three-story garden-style complex is designed for age-qualified residents with onsite amenities. With strong demand coming from older baby boomers looking for low maintenance living, Ellis Commons is uniquely positioned

in a supply-constrained market. The project can be built as for-sale condominiums. The condo map was not processed. Buyer would need to do that.
