WD Land and Compass is pleased to present Chara Villa, an approved Tentative Map for 58 townhomes located in the city of Moreno Valley. Chara Villa is located on Alessandro Blvd between Kitching St and Lasselle St. The development is conveniently located south of Interstate 60 Freeway and east of I-215 Freeway. The community is within walking distance of schools, Moreno Valley Public Library, Walgreens, and restaurants. It is also in close proximity to UC Riverside, Kaiser Permanente, financial institutions, and major retail centers.
The project consists of 22 buildings, with a total of 58 units. Each unit features a 3 BD/3.5 BA floor plan and a two-car garage. All units come with washer and dryer hookups, an individual water heater, and central air conditioning and heating. The units will also be individually metered for water, electricity and gas. Units are designed to be 1,514- 1,726 SF.
Final engineering and construction drawings are completed for the homes and have been submitted to the city for approval. The project is not gated and is not conditioned to provide a recreational center thus keeping the HOA dues low for the homeowners.
