WD Land and Compass is pleased to present Chara Villa, an approved Tentative Map for 58 townhomes located in the city of Moreno Valley. Chara Villa is located on Alessandro Blvd between Kitching St and Lasselle St. The development is conveniently located south of Interstate 60 Freeway and east of I-215 Freeway. The community is within walking distance of schools, Moreno Valley Public Library, Walgreens, and restaurants. Final engineering and construction drawings are completed for the homes and have been submitted to the city for approval.
